These exercises are well known and you might not even have realized their importance till now or to learn how to incorporate them into your daily life – until now!

Squats
It is one of the most basic fitness exercises that you can do, and guess what? It is one of the best exercises. It activates several body parts at once including core, quads, hamstrings and calves. You will surprise to know that there are different types of squats.
It doesn’t matter what you do in your daily life, you should anticipate squats in your daily life. If you want to train for strength, use a barbell or dumbbells in your hands for squat.

Pushups
This exercise is not a secret, but many of us do not take advantage of this simple exercise. Most of the women have week flabby arms and chests even men! The best way to do is by starting to incorporate pushups into your routine. It helps develop your chest, shoulders, triceps, back and core abs.
The secret with pushups is to incorporate different types of pushups in one routine. If you cannot do standard man pushups, do start with girls versions of it on your knees, then gradually work towards regular pushups.
- Wall Pushups
In this type of pushup you have to stand facing a wall. Distance of your feet from the wall will determine the difficulty level you can with near the wall and increase is as you go. Lean in towards the wall for pushups
- Knee Pushups
It is standard girl’s pushups on your knees to start with
- Elevated Feet Pushups
After doing above you have now reached the regular pushups

Walking/Running on Hills
If you want some extreme exercise for fit body and a healthy heart, why not try walking or running up hills. For overall fitness it is one of the best exercises. So finds hills and dare to walk out of them. Alternatively you can find steep slopes in your area.

Pull ups and Chin ups
Most of the women lack upper body strength and it lead to injuries and lack of ability such as lifting a child that requires upper body strength. Pull ups and chin ups are the two best exercises for women to strengthen these muscles.
Because these exercises are hard enough to do, it does not mean women cannot do it. They should be able to lift their own body with their arms. This kind of movement is very basic and a matter of survival. For women it is recommended to do at least 1 complete pull up and two complete chin ups.

The Plank Exercises
It is the most powerful isolation move that is used for abs work, back, arms and legs as well as your internal muscles, and that is your core strength.
Lie down on a mat with your elbows resting on floor next to your chest. Now go to pushup position while resting on your elbows or hands which feels comfortable. Then squeeze your abs and keep your body in a straight line. Hold on in there for 30-60 sec and repeat as many times as you can. Start by doing the plank on your knees and gradually work your way up.
