Women these days are not concerned about their devastating health problems. They never think of spending their time for themselves. They consume poor diet and they workout less. This poor diet includes eating a lot of fried food, soda, alcohol and less veggies and fruit. They never do regular workouts at gyms even if they join it. Most of the women do not join gym because they think that people might make fun of them if they made any blunder etc.

1. Weight lifting before cardio training

Usually women spend a lot of time on treadmill because they think that it is easier. However, it is dangerous for their physiological health. They should start with weight lifting to tone their muscles first and then go for other workouts.

2. Cardio-vascular drills

Women should not limit themselves on single workout. They should involve in whole body cardio-vascular workouts.

3. Swimming

It is good way of toning whole body. It involves every part of body from neck till legs to do workouts. Few laps in routine can help in strong muscles with lean body.

4. Maintain pace

It is difficult for women to do a single activity daily. They should try to spend 20-60 minutes per week to the minimum for any workout to the minimum.

5. Monitor heart-rate

It is advised to monitor heart rate for every activity they involve in. High blood pressure can be dangerous for any women. In the same way, low blood pressure is not a good sign; it means that they are not putting their whole potential to lose weight.

Women should spend their time for themselves. They should eat healthy. They should involve themselves in workouts to avoid cardio-vascular problems in the future. They have to take a step to give-up poor eating styles and switch over to more healthy living.
