Perfect Daily Skin Routine

People spent hours at beauty parlor/ saloons to clean their skin. Taking care of skin can be made possible at home. People usually think that hard elements in cleansers and scrubs help in cleansing. This is not true. The mild the cleanser-the softer will be the skin. People can clean their skin after returning to their home using a mild cleanser. The two-phase cleaning will prevent acne out-break. People can start with a wet towel with warm water. Then, take a small portion of a mild cleanser and smoothly rub it on face. Wash and rinse with warm water to feel refreshed.

Other body parts also require your attention!

The above cleansing tip was for face. Other parts of body require attention too. People can use mild shower gel and not bar soap. This shower gel should keep skin hydrated, moisturized and prevent from skin dryness.

While taking care of legs, do not shave them regularly. If so, use a mild saving foam/gel. Shaving legs daily will harden the skin and make it rough. Use a mild body lotion free of scent. People can also massage their skin with mild oils like jo joba oil, Shea butter, and lemon grass.

Use two moisturizers for your skin-one for day and other for night. It is because both type of moisturizers are of different pH level suitable for your skin.
