Increase your metabolism
In order to lose fat fast, you have to increase the rate of Metabolism. You will need to keep burning fat regularly and how to do it, by eating less but more frequently. Just eat enough to quench your hunger and not to stuff your stomach with a lot of food. Doing this, you will experience the fat getting burnt fast.
Increase Protein Intake
Increasing protein intake will increase your metabolism rate and will help maintain your muscles mass, all of which helps fat burning process. Our body burns more cal when we eat protein than, when we digest fats or carbohydrates either. That is why fat burning effects of eating more protein were confirmed in a study published in the American Journal of Physiology. One group was given a high-protein diet (just over 1 gm per pound of body weight daily) while the other group consumed a closer to the lower amount of recommendation of the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance). Result, the group eating higher protein diet burned the most fat.
Exercise daily
Exercise done on a regular basis will help you lose fat, a selective approach is required in order to lose fat fast like: running, jogging and aerobics can help you lose more weight in a short period of time. Doing exercise for about 20 min daily will be a better option than spending an hour at irregular intervals. You can a break in a week but consistency is required.
Do High Intensity Intervals (HIIT)
High Intensity Internals mean, alternating a brief period of high intensity exercise with a brief rest periods.
Better results in less time
One of the favorite interval methods is jumping ropes. You may have to practice it a bit on this one. After a brief warm up, start jumping ropes as fast as you can for 10 to 20 sec, followed by half a min slower cadence.
Stay hydrated
Staying hydrated will help you in many different ways. A part from flushing out those toxins form your body, water simply gives you the energy to stay fit and active. Drinking at least eight glass of water is a good way to overcome the craving for food that may arise from your reduced eating levels.
