How to get rid of Pimples through Homemade Remedies?

The most common problem among teenagers is pimples/ acne. Teenagers use many products that can be irritating for them. Teenagers are advised to use homemade remedies so that they might not harm their skin with chemicals use in anti-acne products. Teenagers and all those people who have acne issues can utilize the tips given below to see which one best suits them. The good news is that people can try each tip without any side effects.

Tips to get rid of acne/pimples

  1. Use acidic juices on affected areas of skin: Apply orange or lemon juice on affected skin areas before going to bed at night. People can apply the juice with clean hands or wash cloth and wash it in the morning.
  2. Oatmeal and yogurt mixture: Make a mixture of oatmeal with yogurt until it thickens. Apply it to affected areas of skin. Leave it to dry and wash it after 10-15 minutes. It helps in reducing oils and getting rid of acne.
  3. Green Tea bags: People could soak green tea bags in hot water, remove the bags from water, and refrigerate them. People could utilize those bags by placing it on their affected skin areas. It will reduce inflammation and redness.
  4. Toothpaste: People can use toothpaste for stubborn pimples. Use non-gel toothpaste that is whiter. Leave it for overnight and wash it in the morning. Toothpaste kills bacteria in skin that causes acne. Repeat it several times to get rid of pimples.
  5. Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera gel can relieve your skin of skin damage due to acne. People can also use soap and products that has aloe vera but they should ensure that it is non-comedogenic. Wash your skin after applying it for five minutes. It will heal and cool the affected area.
  6. Avoid oily products: People with acne problems should avoid all fatty and oily products. Oily products can worsen the situation.
  7. Avoid touching your pimples: People usually touch and pop their pimples that spread its bacteria to other skin areas. Avoid scratching pimples or touching them. Touch them with clean hands if necessary.

People should consider their physicians for acne problems. Pimples/acne can be due to hormonal changes, birth control pills, medications, and cosmetics. Using too much skin care products may worsen acne. In serious cases, consult dermatologist for prescription acne treatments.
