Fitness Equipment Reviews – Weight Lifting Equipment

Weight lifting or strength training is one of the best and effective forms of exercise, and if you want to perform different workouts to build your body, you will just need the right equipment. And when you are ready to buy exercise equipment, you will come across infinite many options, equipment quality ranging from poor to incredible depending upon your budget.

If you are a fitness newbie then you may not know that what type of weight lifting equipment would be suitable for you. So here I am sharing a quick review:

Free Weights

Majority of the experienced weight lifters prefer free weights such as dumbbells and barbells. If you want to build muscle mass then free weights are for you. Although you may experience that some exercises are difficult to execute and safety is another concern here. Don’t try to lift more than your limits. Your lack of experience may cause you some injury.

When it comes to price, free weights are normally cheaper than other weight lifting equipment. However it depends upon how much weight you are going to purchase.

Home Gyms

The best thing about a home gym is safety, because you train alone and have limited range of motion on the exercise machine. A home gym is conducive and easy to use. You don’t have to carry weights on and off barbells which saves you quite a good amount of time. Home gyms can cost you some extra bucks because you have to buy multiple exercise equipments.
