They are missing the whole thing that is they keep on eating the whole day and it’s not just a night time eating thing that results in obesity or excessive weight gain. People who ate at night, is this possible for them not to eat the whole day? The logic seems to be broken over here.
How to tackle this issue?
The fact is that consumption of junk food and all those food that comes under the category of processed foods results in obesity. They are hard to digest and the additives and preservatives have artificial sugar in it that interrupts in sleep makes a person obese while triggering hunger pangs at night. The thing that could resolve this issue is to eat more nutritious food, low fat food that can stay in stomach for longer period of time so that people could remain healthier for life time.
What foods should be consumed?
Health experts suggests that all those foods that are slow in digestion should be consumed before bed because human body keeps on burning fat during sleep while running autonomous functions of our body. Foods like low fat yoghurt, veggies, whole wheat bread, eggs and chicken breasts are all those foods that take time to digest. Food rich in dry fruits with honey will result in pleasant-uninterrupted sleep.
People should be concerned about their consumption patterns. They should avoid all frizzy drinks that are high in sugar that makes them obese and internally weak. They should prefer more fruit, veggies and low-fat dairy products to stay healthier. For night times, it is recommended to eat foods that are rich in protein and carbohydrates to enjoy un-interrupted sleep.
