Cardio Vascular Strength
Cardio vascular strength refers to the capability of the cardio muscles to pump blood and oxygen to itself and the rest of the tissues in the body. Tracking cardio vascular activities and heart rate is a phenomenon very common during cardio exercises. Running and walking are exercises that are targeted towards strengthening the cardio muscles. Fitness experts suggest improving cardio vascular strength and endurance to decrease risks of heart related diseases and blood pressure.
Muscular Strength
It refers to the strength of muscles and their capabilities to support the body structure and have sufficient resistance against a force or weight. Muscular strength helps in avoiding joint injuries and back problems.
Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the range to which the joints, muscle tissues and ligaments can move to and fro. Keeping your legs straight, if you can touch your toes, means you legs joints and back muscles are flexible enough. Sufficient flexibility is important to avoid injuries.
Body Composition
It means the ratio of lean body mass to the body fats. Leans muscles should exceed by greater amount the body fats. High body fats mean obesity which lead to some serious health risks.
